Registration conditions

By registering for the Coupe de Montréal de Karting event, I undertake to demonstrate sportsmanship and respect all the rules applicable to the event. Registration fees are not refundable from the time the driver participates in the event whatever the driver withdraws from the competition or is excluded by the officials.

In consideration of the use of the track and premises of the SH Karting inc. facilities, hereby release SH Karting inc, the Club de Karting de Montréal, their agents and servants, from all responsibility and legal liability of whatsoever nature and however caused, for all damages and injuries which may occur or have occurred to my person or property as a result of the operation of a kart or motorized vehicle on the said track and premises, whether such kart or motorized vehicle is used or operated by myself or others.

I further agree to indemnify and release SH Karting inc, the Club de Karting de Montréal, their agents and servants, from all responsibility and legal liability of whatsoever nature and kind and howsoever caused, for all damages and injuries which may occur or have occurred to the person or property od others that may arise as a result of the use or operation of my kart or other motorized vehicle on the said track and premises, whether such vehicle is used by myself or others.

Finally, I agree that I shall be personally responsible to the SH Karting Inc for all damages to its property as a result of the use and operation of my kart or other motorized vehicle, whether such vehicle is operated by others or myself.
